Rules About Contributions to Political Parties

All contributions to the Montezuma County Democratic Party are aggregated with contributions made to the Colorado Democratic Party, Democratic Senate Campaign Fund, House Majority Project, and all Initiatives of the Colorado Democratic Party. Contributions to a county party are limited to $4,675 for individuals, sole proprietorships, LLCs, LLPs, and state PACs (no more than $3,875 at the state level), and $20,325 per calendar year for Small Donor Committees (no more than $16,925 at the state level). Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign governments, and non-US citizens are prohibited.
